About Huggable Toys

Huggable Toys is an Australian owned and operated family business, established in 1997 and based in Western Australia. 

With a vast majority of soft toys designed in house at the warehouse in Perth, Western Australia, these designs are then manufactured in Asia in compliance with existing Toy Safety Standards and support adherence to the ICTI / BSCI ethical standards which ensure factories uphold minimum standards supporting rights/well-being of workers.

Huggable Toys is aware of global environmental concerns and is taking steps to help our planet and have introduced their eco plush (with both fabric and fill being recycled materials). They also recycle all packaging and cardboard – re-using to pack and despatch orders with all our damaged boxes being taken to a local recycling centre.

Delivery Information

Delivery Cost (For Flower Arrangements, Gifts and Subscription Flowers)

Our flower delivery costs are calculated based on the distance of your order (measured by radius) from our studio in Roxburgh Park. This cost accounts for factors such as fuel, delivery time, and any applicable tolls to ensure that your flowers are delivered fresh on your requested day. Our delivery costs are fixed and are applicable to all flower deliveries across Melbourne, including both next-day and same-day (available upon request). The delivery costs are as follows:

  • 0-9 kms: $5
  • 9-15 kms: $10
  • 15-20 kms: $16
  • 20-35 kms: $22

For deliveries beyond this radius, we may be able to accommodate your request. However, due to increased time and distance, the delivery cost will be higher. To arrange such deliveries, please contact us via email at

Please note that these prices do not apply to event deliveries, including weddings flowers. Delivery costs are unique to each event as they often involve additional labour and preparation.

Delivery Days and Times

For online orders, our delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday. We offer two primary flower delivery time slots: early (10 am to 2 pm) and late (2 pm to 5 pm). Additionally, we now provide 'after work' deliveries (5 pm to 8 pm) throughout the week. Up to date availability of the 'after work' time slot can be seen and selected in the cart page during the checkout process.

Our delivery time ranges allow us to take into account circumstances outside of our control, such as heavy traffic or extreme weather conditions when making your delivery.

Can I arrange a specific time for delivery?

For online orders, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we do assure you that your flowers will be delivered on the day and within the delivery time range you select. If you have a specific time request, please email us with your order number and query. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If you have a require a specific delivery time and have not yet placed your order, sending us an email to arrange the flowers will not only help fulfill your request but also allow you to place a more bespoke and personalized order.

What happens if the recipient isn't there when you deliver?

Residential Addresses

If there is a safe place (sensible discretion will be used) to leave the delivery the courier will leave the delivery there We'll also send you a text message with an image of the flowers, if a contact number has been provided to us. In cases where no safe place is available, we'll attempt to reach you or the recipient (if you've given us instructions to do so) for further guidance or instructions. If re-delivery or re-direction is required, there will be a re-delivery fee, equivalent to the standard delivery charge for the delivery suburb. Rest assured; we'll confirm this with you beforehand.

Business/Hospital Addresses

At business or hospital addresses, our courier will leave the delivery with reception, the mailroom, or a co-worker, if accepted and unless specific delivery instructions are provided. If it is determined that the recipient won't return or be at the delivery location that day, we'll attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative solution. If re-delivery or re-direction is necessary, a re-delivery fee equal to the standard delivery charge for the suburb will apply.
