Delivery FAQ
Do you offer same-day flower delivery? Can I get flowers delivered today?
Can I pick up the flowers from your studio?
We understand the convenience of pick-up options, but currently, our studio is not accessible to the public for flower pick-ups. We are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality and freshness of our floral arrangements, and to maintain this, we prefer handling the delivery process. This way, we can ensure that your flowers are carefully prepared and transported to you or your recipient.
Where do you deliver flowers and gifts?
We deliver flowers throughout Melbourne from our studio in Roxburgh Park. For more detailed information, including delivery rates, please visit our Delivery Rates and Info page. On request we may be able to deliver to rural locations in Victoria.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivering flowers and gifts varies depending on the distance from our flower studio. You can check our current Delivery Rates and Info page.
What are your delivery times and days?
We offer flower delivery services from Tuesday to Saturday. Additionally, from Tuesday to Thursday, we provide after-work and night flower deliveries. We're also open on some public holidays and special occasions like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. Keep an eye on our Instagram page for our updated opening hours.
What happens if I provide incorrect delivery instructions or the wrong address?
If you notice an error in the address, please email or fill in the contact form with your order number and the correct details. We'll confirm the correct information and update your order accordingly. If we discover an incorrect address during delivery, we'll contact you or the recipient to ensure accurate delivery. If re-delivery is necessary, it may incur additional charges.
What if the recipient isn't at home?
If it's safe to do so, our courier will leave the flower delivery at the recipient's location such as by their front door if there is a porch to protect the flowers from the weather. If there's no safe place, we'll attempt to contact you or the recipient for further instructions. If re-delivery or redirection is required, a fee equal to the standard delivery charge for the suburb may apply.
What's your return or satisfaction guarantee policy?
Your satisfaction is crucial to us. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us, right away. We want both you and the recipient to adore the flower arrangement. We're happy to recreate the arrangement or provide a refund if necessary.
Do you offer subscription flower services?
Absolutely! We offer subscription flower arrangements available on our online store. For a more customised subscription, feel free to contact us via email or fill in the contact form, and we'll create a special arrangement just for you.

Order FAQ
Can I include a message or greeting with the flowers?
Certainly! At checkout, you can add a personalised message to accompany your order. Your message will be placed on one of our beautiful complimentary message cards. You can also choose premium Australian-made cards to add to your flowers.
Can I update the greeting or message?
Yes, you can update the message anytime before delivery. Simply email or fill in the contact form with your order number and the updated message. Please update as soon as possible, especially if changing the message on the day as the flowers may already be out for delivery!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you've placed an order, you should receive a confirmation email shortly. If you haven't received this message, please either check your spam inbox or contact us, and we'll respond promptly.
Can I make changes to an order?
Changes can be made to your order as long as it's not already prepared or out for delivery. You can contact us to update recipient details, delivery instructions, or your message. We may also be able to make changes to your flower order; please contact us to confirm.
Have my flowers been delivered?
We provide updates from order to delivery, including emails confirming when the flowers are on board for delivery and when they've been successfully delivered. If you haven't received these emails, please contact us (via email or fill in the contact form) for assistance.

What flowers are in season right now?

What's the difference between a bouquet and an arrangement?
While "bouquet" and "arrangement" are often used interchangeably, the main distinction lies in their presentation and use of vessels. A bouquet is a hand-tied gathering of flowers without a specific container, ideal for gifting. In contrast, an arrangement is a structured floral display in a container, suitable for various decorative purposes like table centrepieces. The container provides a water source to maintain freshness.
How long will the flower arrangement last?
The lifespan of a flower arrangement varies based on factors such as flower type, freshness, and care. Generally, cut flower arrangements can last from several days to over two weeks. Some flowers and foliage might even last over a month! To maximise longevity, place the arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight and air conditioners, change the water regularly, trim stems every few days, and remove wilted flowers - check out our care instructions here. Care instructions are included with flowers delivered.
Can I order a customised flower arrangement?

Will the flowers look exactly as they do on the website?
No, they won't, and that's a good thing! We select fresh flowers from the market based on seasonality and sustainability. This means your bouquet may not include all the flowers shown in the pictures, but it will be unique and beautifully designed just for you.
How should I care for my flowers once I receive them?
Cutting the stems every couple of days, replacing the water and keeping out of direct sunlight are some of the ways to increase the lifespan of your flower arrangement. Every flower delivery includes a care card. Additionally, you can find care instructions on our website. Following these tips will help extend the lifespan of your flower arrangement.
