Complete the Wedding Flowers by Bituin Enquiry Form. You will provide some basic information to get us started, such as contact information, event date, location, and vision. After you’ve filled out the inquiry form, we’ll be in touch via email within 24 hours. If we’re available on your wedding date, we’ll also send through a questionnaire so you can provide more information on your requirements and your vision. If needed, you can book a time for a quick call to go through it together.

Not quite like the proposal you’ve just experienced, we will create a custom proposal that contains mood board and a quote based on the information you’ve provided. The mood board will contain a representation of your colour palette and vision and will showcase examples of designs so you can start to visualise how the florals will look on day. The quote will break down the cost of each item as well as additional costs such as delivery and labour.

As you review the proposal, we will answer any questions and comments. If you think we would be a great fit for your wedding and would love to work us, we will send a contract and invoice. After signing the contract and providing a 25% deposit, you have officially booked us as your wedding florist!

Throughout your planning process we’ll continue to communicate and make updates as needed so you can feel free to send ideas and inspiration our way as you continue to plan your day. Around two months before the wedding date we will reach out to do a final run through of the inspiration, logistics and finer details to make sure everything is aligned to your vision and expectations.

All that’s left to do is enjoy your day as newlyweds. Leave all the behind the work scenes to us, while you enjoy your special day. We will drop off your personal flowers and set up flowers at your reception and ceremony. If required, we’ll come back at the end of the event to pack up and collect any remaining florals and hired items.
